Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for exchange or refund of your purchase, if requested within thirty (30) days of the date you receive the item. We do not accept any returns after this thirty (30) day limit. When an item arrives, please check it carefully to make sure the item fits properly* and is free from any defects. 

*ONLY walk on carpeted surfaces when trying on footwear to determine proper fit. We can only accept returned merchandise in NEW CONDITION and walking non-carpeted surfaces may result in product wear. 

Merchandise may only be returned if it is in NEW CONDITION (i.e. product tags and packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Altered or worn items can not be returned.

If you purchased online and want to return it in a store, you may do so for an exchange or store-credit.

 Return shipping charges (for exchanges and refunds) are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a return due to a product defect, Boondocks Western Store  will pay for the return shipment. Once your return request for a defective product is confirmed, we will email you a shipping label to print and affix to the box in which your returned purchase will be shipped. If a refund has to be occur due to Vendor/product availability the return shipping label price will be deducted from the refunded amount of original purchase price.  If you need assistance with this process, please contact us at customerservice@boondocks.com.
